Dwight Chrisman, MD.
Chief Medical Officer – Speed-Torque Inventor
Dr. Chrisman is a practicing Interventional Cardiologist with Arkansas Cardiology in Little Rock Arkansas. He is the former Director of the Baptist Health Cath lab, and has an extensive history of clinical leadership within the cardiovascular field. His experiences and frustrations as an interventional clinician led to the development of the Speed-Torque®. Dr. Chrisman earned his MD degree in 1997 from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where he completed his internships and residencies in internal medicine. He went on to complete a fellowship at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio before joining Arkansas Cardiology and Baptist Health.
He holds board certification in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology, and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Chrisman’s specialty interests in cardiology include high-risk artery intervention, carotid artery stenting, renal artery and lower extremity intervention, and acute heart attack intervention and recovery. Dr. Chrisman was the first cardiologist in Arkansas to provide carotid artery stenting and is a member of the Baptist Health Medical Center-Little Rock steering committee to provide faster treatment for acute heart attack patients. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and holds memberships in the American Board of Internal Medicine, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology and American Society of Cardiovascular Tomography.
Chief Executive Officer
Noah is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in corporate finance, management consulting, and investment banking. He joined Vascugenix in 2018 to help make the Speed Torque® a reality. Noah’s passion for health care entrepreneurship began during his undergraduate studies when he was a staple on the New Venture Business Plan Competition circuit with notable successes including winning the Arkansas Governors cup twice in a row and a top 10 finish in the prestigious Rice Business Plan Competition as an undergraduate. Noah previously served as the CFO for another early-stage medical device company and is a graduate of the National Science Foundation’s I-CORPS program as an entrepreneurial lead. Noah holds Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he was named the Outstanding Graduate in Finance and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Prior to joining Vascugenix, he was involved in Equity Research for Stephens Inc.
Martial Trigeaud, MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Martial brings over 15 years of engineering, manufacturing and operations experience to the team as a veteran of production management. Prior to Joining the Vascugenix Martial worked as Business Consultant advising early-stage companies on manufacturing and product development. Before that he was the global manager of multiple factories in Europe. Martial Holds a Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from EI.CESI and an MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Emilie Darrigues, Ph.D, M.Sc.Eng
Chief Technology Officer
Emilie is an expert in nanotechnology and materials sciences for diverse applications including in the medical field. Over the last 12 years, she has worked in academia, industry and start-up companies developing skills and experience in R&D, process and manufacturing. As Vascugenix’ CTO, Dr. Darrigues is using her knowledge to support product development, diversification and R&D strategy.
